Purchasing Manager

Generation Homes Northwest is looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager that will oversee purchasing in both our Clark County WA and Boise Idaho divisions. Role is based in Clark County with some periodic travel to Boise.

Job overview:

Develop purchasing strategies
Negotiate prices and contracts with trade partners
Build and maintain relationships with trade partners
Take offs
Custom home bids
Value engineering of floor plans

Compensation:

Salary Varies depending on experience level

Requirements:

Experience as a Purchasing Manager preferred
Experience with Single Family Residential Construction required
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and general computer software required

Marketing Coordinator

Generation Homes Northwest is seeking a Marketing Coordinator that will oversee marketing in both our Clark County WA and Boise Idaho divisions. Role is based in Clark County with some periodic travel to Boise.

Oversee all Social Media platforms
Oversee and manage all online marketing campaigns
Coordinate and manage with SEO partners
Print and signage marketing campaigns

Requirements:

Experience in New Home Construction field of marketing preferred
Experience in a Marketing management or coordination role required
