Any general requests during the warranty period should be submitted via email to warranty@generationhomesnw.com. Please include a detailed description and photos with all requests.

Near the 11th month, compile a list of items that need repair, along with supporting pictures and email to warranty@generationhomesnw.com and our warranty department will follow up with the next steps in scheduling any repairs.
For Emergency service work that needs attention immediately please contact the Warranty Department via email during normal business hours Mon-Fri 9-5.
If Generation Homes Northwest and the responsible subcontractor are not available, it is the Homeowners responsibility to contact a qualified 3rd party vendor or contractor. Warranty coverage of any 3rd party contractor work related to the emergency request will only be covered if an attempt has been made to contact both Generation Homes Northwest and the responsible subcontractor first.
