Our process begins with our exploratory meeting, where we get to know our clients, learn about their vision of home, and start to bring that vision to life with plan design and pricing.

Next we offer lot and property evaluations, researching and pricing out land improvements, septic, well, power and road installation. We also work with the local jurisdictions to research all permits, impacts and fees – along with wetland research.

We also have a team of professional design partners that make the selections of finishes and features a fun and enjoyable experience. Cabinets, flooring, lighting, plumbing and appliances are a few of the areas you’ll work with our team on bringing the design together.
