Generation Homes Northwest is proud to once again participate in this coveted event, this year located at Emerald Grove. Our entry, The Aurora, is a northwest-inspired oasis custom-built to blend northwest scenery with refined living spaces through warm design elements and transitional architecture. With the home sold before construction began, this year’s GRO Parade of Homes is an opportunity to demonstrate what is possible when a home is designed and built around how someone actually lives. Meet The Aurora: Our 2026 Parade Home
Designed for the Northwest
Our vision for this home was to create a refined Northwest retreat that feels both elevated and deeply livable. Inspired by the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, we incorporated soft organic materials to blur the line between indoors and outdoors. The arched architectural elements throughout the home were intentionally used to soften modern forms and create a natural flow from space to space.
Built to Inspire
The foundational centerpieces of this home are the entryway and the great room because of the way they perfectly capture the overall vision and character of the home. Combined with the soaring ceilings and white oak beam accents, the arched black windows and pass-through fireplace allow the space to feel expansive while still maintaining a comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen and dining spaces continue the organic theme with soft wood cabinets, a stone range hood, black and gold accents, and even its own hidden scullery kitchen. Finally, the home fitness center and golf simulator round out the wellness center of this home with more transitional spaces to bring the outdoors in.
The Aurora was designed and built as a modern northwest sanctuary, a place that feels luxurious, yet deeply welcoming. Our goal was never to create a home that simply impresses visually, but one that creates an emotional connection.

Generation Homes Northwest is no stranger to the Clark County Parade of Homes. In 2021, The Fusion Oasis earned the industry choice awards for Best of Show, Best Architecture, Best Kitchen, Best Entertainment Room, and Best Outdoor Living, along with the people’s choice award for Best Entertainment Room. As another example of a home tailored to someone’s unique vision, the Fusion Oasis demonstrates what can be achieved when architecture, lifestyle, and craftsmanship work in unison.

Prepare | Let us handle the details
We’ll handle Engineering and permitting and get started on your new home as fast as possible. In the meantime, you have the opportunity to work with our Interior design team and sit down at a pre-construction meeting.
Build | Watch your dream take shape
Time to break ground! We’ll keep you in close communication while we build your home with a mid-construction walkthrough and final quality inspections when the time comes.
